Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Clay is a co-founder of Corinthian Capital and oversees and directs the investment activities of the firm and manages relationships with limited partners. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Ultimate Toys, Control Solutions and Renegade, and is on the boards of Excelin and M&R. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Eastern Wholesale Fence, Sabre Industries, Audio and Video Labs Holdings, Sierra Hamilton and Beta International. Prior to co-founding Corinthian Capital, he was a Managing Director of Lincolnshire Management, where he worked from 1995 to 2004.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Clay was the Chief Financial Officer of LINQ Industrial Fabrics, a multinational manufacturer and distributor of polypropylene industrial fabrics based in Summerville, South Carolina. LINQ was owned by Exxon Chemical Company prior to its being acquired by Lincolnshire Management in 1992. At LINQ, he also served on the Manufacturing Management Committee.
Prior to LINQ, Mr. Clay was an officer with The Bank of New York Commercial Corporation where he provided financing for a variety of management buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations and turnarounds. He completed credit training at the Irving Trust Company prior to its acquisition by The Bank of New York.
Mr. Clay is a graduate of Brigham Young University (B.S.) and the University of Texas at Austin (M.B.A.).

Peter Van Raalte
Founder & Partner
Mr. Van Raalte is a co-founder of Corinthian Capital and serves as Chairman of the Board of Best Lighting and M&R, and previously served as Chairman of Board of Friedrich Air Conditioning, Sabre Industries, Audio and Video Labs, and Wolf-Gordon. He has overseen the growth and successful realization of numerous private equity investments for over two decades.
Prior to co-founding Corinthian Capital, Mr. Van Raalte was a co-founder, Senior Managing Director and member of the investment committee at Lincolnshire Management for over 19 years where he led the deal origination group and participated in transaction financing, due diligence, and portfolio management. Previously, he was an officer in the Special Buyout Finance Division of Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.), with the responsibility of underwriting leveraged loans for leading private equity firms.
Mr. Van Raalte is a graduate of the University of Vermont (B.A. in Economics) and New York University (M.B.A. in Finance).

Tony Pucillo
Operating Partner
Mr. Pucillo began his career at AT&T and, post M.B.A., spent 17 years with GTE Corporation and Siemens Corporation which purchased GTE Products Corporation in 1993. His last two roles were President, EBusiness for the Americas Region of Siemens based in Atlanta, GA from 2000 to 2002 and Board Member and President at Osram Sylvania Ltd. based in Ontario, Canada from 1995 to 2000. In addition, Mr. Pucillo served as President of Tactician, a privately held software company based in Andover, MA from 1994 to 1995 and as an Executive Vice President of Clean Harbors, a public environmental services firm based in Norwell, MA from 2003-2007. He currently serves on the advisory boards of several private companies.
Mr. Pucillo is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B.) and Columbia University (M.B.A.).
Adam W. Buckley
Vice President
Mr. Buckley joined Corinthian Capital Group in 2021 and is responsible for analysis of potential investments and assessing financing structures for new investments. He also provides support for existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Corinthian Capital, Mr. Buckley held positions in corporate and investment banking and private equity investing. Most recently, he was an Analyst at StepStone Group where he worked primarily on small market leveraged buyout co-investment transactions, predominantly in the industrials, business services, and consumer discretionary industries, as well as provided support for secondary transactions and growth equity/buyout fund investments. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Buckley was an Analyst in the Corporate and Investment Bank at JPMorgan.
Mr. Buckley is a graduate of Boston University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.

John Hughes
Managing Director
Mr. Hughes was previously a Partner with the PE firm Building Industry Partners, where he led investments and successful exits of two building products platforms. Previously, he was a Vice President at Fremont Group, a large family office, and a Vice President at PineBridge Investments, a global asset manager. He began his career as an investment banker with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Hughes received a B.S. in Economics with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kevin Zhang
Associate
Prior to joining Corinthian Capital, Mr. Zhang worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at BMO Capital Markets where he advised on sellside and buyside transactions predominantly in the industrials, food & consumer, and energy spaces.
Mr. Zhang received a B.B.A with distinction from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he studied finance and art history.
Lisa Walker
Outsourced Chief Compliance Officer
Over the last 20+ years, Lisa has held various executive leadership positions in the financial services industry. Before ACA, she served as chief operations and risk officer (COO/CRO) and CCO for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. With Oxford, she led operations, risk, and compliance for the $26 billion registered investment adviser delivering investment advice, family office services, private equity, and direct investments. She had direct responsibility for an operating budget of over $12 million and developed a strategic plan to support double-digit revenue growth while maintaining strong compliance protocols and ethics. In addition, she coached and developed a ten-person team of directors and managers.
In addition to her responsibilities as COO/CRO, Lisa was president of the Trust Company of Oxford. In that role, she developed the firm’s strategic vision and led the operations, compliance, and risk management functions. She also served as the anti-money laundering/Bank Secrecy Act compliance officer with responsibility for AML and BSA compliance program implementation, testing, and training. She also coached and guided the company’s trust officers and trust specialists, served as chairperson of the board, and was chair of the risk management committee.
Prior to Oxford, Lisa was the COO and CCO for Comerica, Inc’s $24 billion dollar asset management division that consisted of two registered investment advisors and the investment arm of the bank’s trust company. There, she managed the operations, risk, and compliance functions, oversaw an operating budget of more than $2.6 million, and guided the advancement of a 20-person team of financial services professionals.
Lisa also served as CCO and senior vice president with Comerica Securities and Insurance and World Asset Management Inc. In those roles, she oversaw the compliance and risk management functions of several wholly owned subsidiaries, including a $20 billion dually registered broker-dealer and investment adviser, a $17 billion federally registered investment adviser, and a state-regulated insurance agency.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University. She is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional through FINRA’s Wharton program and is Project+ certified. She also holds FINRA’s Series 65 license. Previously, she has held FINRA’s Series 4, 7, 8, 14, and 24 licenses.
Elga P. Casiño
Business Development & Operations Manager
Ms. Casiño previously worked for the Shangri-La Hotel in Manila, Philippines where she was Guest Relations Manager, and Duty Manager. She was also a reservations agent at Lufthansa German Airlines in Manila.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree on Tourism from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Science degree (graduated with distinction; Patron Scholar) on Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University. Ms. Casiño is also a Notary Public in the state of New York.
Maureen Spivack
Executive Advisor
As executive advisor to Corinthian, she provides valuable insight and expertise for sourcing opportunities and evaluating acquisitions in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Spivack has spent her professional life focused on advising corporate executives and boards on the execution of strategic and financial transactions for publicly-traded, privately-held and not-for-profit healthcare services companies, globally. Her passion for healthcare began early in her career, as a practicing medical surgical nurse and continued throughout a 30-year career in mergers and acquisitions. She brings strategic thinking and insight, a deep understanding of business operations, and strong financial acumen developed over a career of creating stakeholder value, to the boardroom. She currently sits on the Boards of several post-acute healthcare companies in addition to serving as the Past Chairperson of the Board of Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) the national accreditation body for community-based healthcare.
During her investment banking career, Ms. Spivack served as Managing Director and Co-Head of KPMG Healthcare Corporate Finance, Managing Director Investment Banking, Morgan Keegan, Managing Director Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group, UBS, Managing Director and Head of the Healthcare Strategic Advisory Group, Merrill Lynch, and was a Partner and Head of the National Health Care Corporate Finance Practice at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Spivack received a B.S. in Nursing from State University of New York in Albany, an M.S. in Health Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Mike McKee

Jim Mack
Executive Advisor
Mr. Mack began his career in the tall tower industry at Stainless, Inc., prior to joining Sabre Communications in 1992.
As an executive advisor to Corinthian, Mr. Mack assists in the evaluation of transactions in the telecom, utility, power, and infrastructure industries and markets. In addition, Mr. Mack has a broad network of contacts with proven executives in these and related industries that extend his reach as needed to assist in due diligence of potential transactions prior to closing, as well as the management of investments post-closing.
His insight and experience proved invaluable during his tenure as President of Sabre Industries during the period of Corinthian ownership and afterwards for the next owner. Mr. Mack has driven company sales to record revenues and profits and has added value and management strength in several companies since then.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
